“A man who works with his hands is a laborer; a man who works with his hands and his brain is a craftsman; but a man who works with his hands and his brain and his heart is an artist.”

Questions and Answers
Are You Licensed?

Yes. I’m licensed, bonded, and insured. I hold an Arizona KB-2 Residential & Commercial Contractor License ROC#326336 and an Arizona Real Estate License. I also maintain my Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification and OSHA-30 safety certification.
Who Does The Work?

Every project is personally managed and executed by me — from selecting premium materials to delivering the final detail. No crews, no outsourcing. If it’s built, fixed, or finessed, I did it.
All work includes a two-year workmanship guarantee, aligned with Arizona ROC standards — a promise of quality and longevity.
Do You Work With Agents or Designers?
Absolutely. I regularly work with real estate agents, stagers, and designers who trust me to handle things quickly and professionally, often behind the scenes. Whether it’s a pre-listing repair or a staging install, I’ve got it covered.
Pricing Questions & Answers
What is Your Pricing?

My standard rate is $80 per hour with a three-hour minimum. If materials are required, a flat $50 fee covers sourcing and travel. All pricing is clear and straightforward, no hidden costs, just craftsmanship you can trust. I accept all major forms of payment for your convenience.
Do You Do Commercial?

Yes! For Commercial pricing maintenance, emergency repairs, or after-hours service, please contact me directly to discuss scope and availability. I’ve provided discreet, high-quality work for restaurants, retail spaces, offices, and multi-unit properties — including urgent repairs and scheduled upkeep. After-hours and emergency calls are available by request, with separate pricing based on time and urgency.
Who Buys Materials and Parts?

I do. I purchase all materials unless we’ve arranged otherwise. I charge a $50 trip fee for runs to Home Depot or supply houses, and you pay the actual material cost. No up charge! My billing is time + materials, simple and transparent.
