Inspections today can be tricky with some homes. Inspectors come with a variety of abilities. Their Inspector Certification does not require them to get on the roof or climb in an attic. Would you take your friend's car to your mechanic and ask them to check your engine, while standing from the back of the car, and then pay them to have that in writing? No, because that's crazy.
